Job Duties:

Workers will process crab, multiple species of finfish, bottom fish and salmon. Work on the hand butcher line will involve use of hand and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming. Workers will wash, size, and grade seafood and then load processed seafood onto freezer baskets or cartons for shipping.

Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Two shifts: 6am -6pm or 6pm -6am Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. Employer is offering up to 44 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Optional employer-provided housing is available for $20/day based on Alaska State guidelines. A pre-employment drug screening will be required at the employer's expense. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Must be at least 18 years of age. The employer will provide transportation to and from worksite at no cost to workers.
