Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment to include walk-behind mowers, ride-on mowers, and mechanical edging equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: leaf removal and cleanup, mulching, sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking & assist w/installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.

Special Requirements:

Requires one month of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
