Job Duties:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: shovels, wheelbarrows, cement mixers, measuring equipment and a variety of other equipment and instruments used in excavation, concrete, and site work construction. Pour concrete into forms. Carry, hold, position, and remove forms from concrete using saws, hammers, nails or bolts. Grade land; spread straw. May clean and prepare sites and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. Assist other craft workers. Load/unload equipment from trucks. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 41.5 hrs/week.

Special Requirements:

Requires 6 months of outdoor work experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
