- Job Duties:
- Employees will use hands or knives to perform routine cutting, trimming, and packing of meat. Use mechanical hoists for helping in the skinning of animals. Load and lift 30-40 pound tubs of meat.

- Requires three months of meat processing experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
