Job Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HOA-managed residential condominium properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. Conduct property inspections, troubleshoot facility issues, and complete repair tasks as assigned by the HOA property manager. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work. Respond to homeowner maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with HOA rules, building codes, and community guidelines. Use hand and power tools including drills, pressure washers, snow blowers, and ladders. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, operating tools and equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Interact professionally with residents and guests to resolve basic maintenance requests.
