Job Duties:

Reservationists will be responsible for facilitating all club reservations for members. Reservationists serve in an anticipatory fashion, ensuring they understand member needs and interests and that members’ reservations reflect those preferences. They deliver the highest level of service and act as primary liaison between the member and the applicable party (including dining and other special events and amenities within the club) by communicating proactively with other departments regarding member needs and preferences. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:
