- Job Duties:
- Server/Bartenders will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Server/Bartenders will perform basic food preparation which includes assembling salads using ingredients that have been prepped by the kitchen, portioning soups prepared entirely by Cooks directly from the pot into bowls for table service and slicing and arranging pre-baked bread in baskets before being served to the table. Server/Bartenders will also be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm, or 8:00am - 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
