Job Duties:

As construction laborers, the workers will perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying, and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. The workers will be operating heavy equipment such as motor scrapers, soil compactors, bulldozers, backhoes, skid loaders, and shovels. The worker will unload materials, lay out lumber, tin sheets and siding, trusses, and other components for building structures. The workers will build and erect walls and trusses, lift tin sheets and siding to roofs and walls, and install doors, and caulk structures. The workers will clean and prepare sites, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. The workers will also lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools.

The workers must have at least one (1) month of construction or related experience, must a pass pre-employment drug test, paid for by Employer, must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs., and must follow safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
