- Job Duties:
- Concrete finishers are responsible for smoothing and finishing of poured concrete floors, slabs, walls, tilt-walls, elevated slabs, and site work (curbs, sidewalks, loading docks, etc.) to specified quality using hand tools or power tools to include floats, trowels, and screeds. Tasks include: prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing of concrete, erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings. This may include concrete tilt-wall forms, symon forms and/or structural forms for columns, decks, elevator cores, parking garages and other cast in place concrete structures.
