Job Duties:

Landscape Maintenance Laborer will be performing landscaping tasks such as seeding, sodding, hardscape, hydro-seeding and grading. Workers will also include hardscaping, incorporating the distribution of stones, crushed shells, mulch, etc. to allow a for a more appealing yard. Workers may also assisting grading; redistributing the soil in yard to make sure the soil is at a slight declined angle from the foundation of the home to ensure better water flow away from the home. Workers will utilize various tools to perform tasks such as landscaping rakes, string lines, shovels, wheelbarrows, hand tampers, spades, and a lawn mower. Workers will also be operating skid steers, tractors, and work trucks. Workers will be required to maintain completed jobs by watering and mowing. In preparation for the winter season, workers will be performing job site clean-up and ensuring equipment is properly stored for the colder months.Workers will also perform over-seeding to prepare for possible frost season, including applying fertilizer treatment to bushes, trees, and other natural flora.
