- Job Duties:
- Attend to the overall care of polo horses including feed, water, groom, exercise and condition, detect/prevent illness and lameness, maintain stalls and tack. Condition horses through various methods including short working, stick and balling, exercise walkers and riding sets (riding one horse while leading up to 7 others). Administer medicine as directed, apply liniments and bandages as required. Apply specialized polo tack, prep horses and work matches. Split shift required, normally 6am-11am and 3-6pm
