- Job Duties:
- The Electrician will be responsible for rewiring, upgrading, and installing electrical systems within a commercial property undergoing restoration. Duties and Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, outlets, and fixtures in accordance with national and local safety codes; Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using testing devices; Interpret architectural and electrical drawings to plan layouts and electrical circuits; Coordinate with plumbers and other contractors to ensure system compatibility; Install breaker panels, lighting systems, and dedicated circuits for HVAC and other utilities; Adhere to building codes and safety protocols for historic structures. Conduct final tests to ensure full compliance and proper functionality.
