Job Duties:

Perform general maintenance and repair work to keep the hotel and guest rooms in comfort and working order. Assist other departments. Perform routine maintenance to building systems. Assess the conditions of all effective operations. Assist with preventative maintenance programs for hotel equipment. Inspect, operate, test machinery and equipment. Order parts, supplies or equipment as needed. Perform general cleaning of building and components for maintenance. Handle maintenance and repair issues as they arise. Test safety systems such as emergency lighting and alarms. Maintain records of safety systems. Respond to safety system alerts or issues. Handle guest maintenance requests. Items F.a.5-F.a.6, detail (due to format limitations of those Items): typical schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 10 am – 1 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm (exact scheduling may shift occasionally).
