- Job Duties:
- The Nanny is responsible to provide full-time, attentive, and nurturing care for children throughout the day. Assist with all aspects of daily care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering (if applicable). Plan and implement stimulating activities that foster physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. Prepare and serve healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks. Maintain consistent daily routines, including nap schedules, structured playtime, and outdoor activities. Organize and lead engaging, age-appropriate recreational activities such as arts and crafts, games, educational projects, walks, and play dates. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in all areas used by the children. Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as tidying play areas, washing children’s laundry, and cleaning up after meals. Communicate openly and regularly with parents about the children’s development, routines, milestones, and any concerns. Provide reliable transportation to and from school, appointments, classes, and extracurricular activities as needed. Adapt to the evolving needs of the family, offering flexibility and support where necessary.
