Job Duties:
• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe movement and positioning of client. • Manage medication schedules as prescribed and directed by healthcare providers. • Help client with daily activities such as eating, preparing meals, and maintaining personal hygiene. • Monitor and report on client health status and any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals. • Provide companionship and emotional support to client, helping to reduce loneliness and enhance quality of life. • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces. • Help client with physical therapy exercises as recommended by healthcare providers. • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for client. • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to family members or healthcare providers. • Assist with scheduling transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings if needed. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines related to the care of elderly client. • Knowledge of basic first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures is preferred.
