Job Duties:

*RFI Response Primary responsibilities include handling and processing seafood products: · Place fish, crabs, and shrimp into baskets or totes for weighing. · Ice the seafood in containers, which are then stacked on pallets. · Some use of material handling devices may be required to dump, move, or transport products. · Occasional dock work, such as unloading boats when they arrive. Workers do not perform work on the boats. Work Environment: · Work is primarily conducted inside a metal building on a concrete slab. · Some tasks will be performed on the adjoining dock where boats offload. Cleaning and Maintenance Duties: · Use plastic shovels to move ice into boxes. · Use brooms, a small electric pressure washer, and squeegees to perform general facility maintenance Additional Tasks: · May also include occasional freezing, stapling, and assembling of boxes. *Original Workers will unload fish, shrimp and crabs. Pack into boxes/crates. No experience/education. See attached addendum.
