Job Duties:

Position offered is for an experienced winter season laborer with a minimum of three (3) months job-related experience who is able to work with and model company winter season methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, with duties to include new winter foliage and plant installation (evergreens, hollies, etc.); trimming of trees and bushes from the ground; raking and cleaning up ground, leaf, and leftover debris removal; disposal of brush, limbs, and trees; retention pond cleanouts; winterizing plants and trees to protect from freezes; winter maintenance of yards with drainage control; perennial rye grass installation, application and fertilization, annual winter color installs; perennial cutbacks, pruning, and dead heading; property wide mulch installation, application and fertilization to protect plants, Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.
