- 1. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene 2. Report changes in employer condition to agent. 3. Assist with the administration of medication. 4. Assist employer with household cleanliness, hygiene, personal grooming, and nutrition. 5. Provide personal care and assist with daily schedule. 6. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning and washing clothes or dishes. 7. Assist with planning, purchasing and preparation of meals. 8. Check employer vitals and blood pressure
