- Job Duties:
- Perform work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, vehicles, and the structure of buildings in repair during the winter months and heating season. Duties involve furnace maintenance in the heating season; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment and vehicles used for landscaping, and groundskeeping work during the off-season, ordering parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers in case certain equipment is deemed to be unrepairable in an economically sensible fashion, ensuring that such equipment will be readily useable for the following season. Safeguard buildings from adverse weather conditions in the winter season.
