Special Requirements:

Must have or be able to obtain current CA Food Handlers Card. 6 months Cook or Culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm, 11:00am to 7:30pm and 3:00pm to 11:30pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: Tipped position with a guaranteed wage of $21.00 to $28.00 per hour. Overtime may be available at $31.50 to $42.00 per hour. Palisades Tahoe offers pay raises based on merit and past experience with our company.
