- Job Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, event site, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Prepare dishes, glassware, flatware, serving utensils and service equipment by packing in totes for transport to and from event site. Set up and take down service equipment at event site. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas after event. Sort and remove trash and recyclables, placing them in designated pickup areas. Sweep and wash floors. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays.
