Job Duties:

Principal working directly under owner in operation of catering business. Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods for catering menu including how food should be presented. Collaborate with owner to plan and price catering menu items for catering menu to offer clients. Order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services at catering jobs/events. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. Organize/coordinate logistics needs between kitchen facility and job/event site. Participate in post even/job meeting with client to determine client satisfaction and develop ways to improve systems and products. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays.
