- Job Duties:
- Prepare, season, and cook dishes/items for service at job sites/events. Items to include: soups, meats, vegetables, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts for service at job sites/events. Facilitate packing and transport of food items to and from job sites/events. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on event menu, or plan event menu under supervision of owner or autonomously. May consult directly with client in event menu planning and pricing. Rotating work days, shifts and days off. 35 hours per week. Work to occur between 6:00am to 11:00pm. Includes weekends, nights, and holidays.
