Job Duties:

An Equipment Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of equipment, including warehouse equipment, manufacturing equipment, plant equipment. Duties/Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed. • Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing plant equipment. • Repair and maintain all electrical and mechanical equipment in plant. • Follow all maintenance procedures to ensure proper preventative and corrective maintenance practices. • Ensure compliance with all internal and external plant policies and procedures. • Ensure safety of all personnel in the Maintenance group meets company standards of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations and those within Company Policy • Adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and policies. • Conduct other duties as required.

Manufacturing experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Experience repairing manufacturing equipment and plant equipment. Experience with PLC/HMI, machine control and industrial robotics Ability to interpret machine schematic, electrical and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day shift or night shift
