Job Duties:

Team Lead I, Production will oversee and coordinate daily production activities within our manufacturing facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiencies are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to fostering a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead a team of production associates, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. • Monitor production processes and workflow to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. • Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to address any production-related concerns. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Prepare and maintain production reports, including metrics related to productivity, quality, and downtime. • Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Special Requirements:

Highschool/GED required. 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
