Job Duties:

Duties: Monitor areas for debris, mopping, sweeping, emptying buckets, spills; identify dishes, glasses and flatware; operate machines properly; familiar with silver burnishing procedures; properly set up sink w/sanitizing and cleaning agents; assist in sanitation, including trash removal; keep work area floors clean, dry and safe; delivery set up and removal of event items, assist in set up and breakdown of event spaces; assist in operations as required; other related duties. Requirements: Minimum 1 month experience in position. Must be able to read and write English correctly. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly rate; or $5.75 to $8.00 hourly rate plus service charge. Employer guarantees hourly rate will not fall below prevailing wage, $17.94/hour. O/T available paid at $30.00 - $37.50/hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Pay rate varies by Outlet. Shifts: Multiple Shifts (5 rotating days including weekends and holidays) 4am–11am; 11am-6pm; 6pm-1am; 10pm-6am. May work in multiple worksites throughout PBC, FL.
