Job Duties:

Perform tasks involving physical labor and helping assist senior workers to: read plans, instructions, or specifications to help determine and coordinate work activities; measure, mark, or record distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed; load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations as directed; operating hand and power tools of all types; a willingness to accept instruction and be a team-player and perform with a positive attitude; erect or dismantle temporary structures as needed; provide assistance to senior workers; removal of snow and ice from common walkways as needed; strong attention to safety awareness. Special Requirements: some understanding of English, standing and walking at heights of up to 30 feet for extended periods of time; able to perform repetitive motions including bending and pushing; and lifting heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds) repeatedly.
