- Train staff for Peruvian food preparation and safe practices, Train staff how to prepare Peruvian Huachana sausage sandwich and deli fresh Peruvian bread Train restaurant staff on safe practices for receiving food items, storing in, refrigeration, cooking and holding at temperature and serving to customers,Evaluate kitchen equipment , safe practices and cleaning procedures, Monitor safe practices, Determine new menu items and pricing, Purchase food items, store in refrigeration, Develop new recipes and menu , Monitor inventory and set up quantity levels, cook and assemble food items, refrigerate and box food items, confirm quantities of food items needed for restaurants, Determine if additional staff is needed and their responsibilities,
