Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Taking orders and processing the payments using a Clover POS system. Washing dishes in a 3 compartment sink and putting away dishe Clearing tables and sanitizing them using sanitizing solution. Cleaning and cutting vegetables using a knife. Portioning sauces, fruits and meats into appropriate serving sizes using a scale, knives and dishes. Preparing and serving coffee, tea and sodas using coffee pots and tea pots, sodas are bottled. Following recipes to make breads, biscuits, sauces, salads and side dishes using a convection oven, dough maker, food processor, flattop grill, knives and pots. Washing and cutting fruits using knives. Serving guest final plated dishes. Serving and maintaining the dinner buffet using chafing dishes, steam table, hot pads and serving utensils. Using an espresso machine to make and serve lattes, cappuccino and various other espresso based beverages. ***Original F.a.2*** Serve as a barista making multiple types of coffee, tea and other drinks Taking orders Assisting the cook Line cook as needed and prepping for service Dishwashing Bussing Tables Assisting in preparing catered meals Setup and breakdown of catering events
