Job Duties:
The Senior Operation Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of equipment, processes, and facility infrastructure within the solar cell manufacturing facility. This role ensures high efficiency, reliability, and product quality while collaborating with various departments to maintain high operational standards and meet production goals. Primary Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and high yield. • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational, process-related, and facility issues. • Assist in the installation, commissioning, validation, and qualification of new equipment, facility, materials, and process technologies. • Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and cost reduction. • Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, water treatment, scrubber, electrical, and mechanical systems. • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and energy management regulations in all operational, process-related, and facility activities. • Manage facility & equipment improvement projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. • Develop and maintain process and facility documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), FMEAs, control plans, and maintenance guidelines. • Work on shifts as required to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Special Requirements:
U.S. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, chemical, material science, facility management, or a related engineering field or foreign equivalent. 5 years of experience in equipment, process, or facility engineering within a solar cell or semiconductor manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing equipment such as PVD, CVD, screen printing, diffusion, wet benches, metallization processes, and facility systems like HVAC, scrubber , WWTP, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure. Experience in methodologies like RCA, FMEA, SPC, and process optimization. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and off-shift support, to meet 24/7 production and facility requirements.
