- Curate and develop a diverse and comprehensive wine list; Order and manage wine inventories, ensuring the cellar is well-stocked; Conduct regular staff training sessions on wine knowledge and service; Plan and execute wine-related events like tastings and wine-pairing dinners; Build and maintain relationships with local winemakers and distributors; and Be present during service hours to promote and sell wines, assisting customers with selections.
