Job Duties:

Kitchen staff workers will be expected to stock stations with utensils, napkins, trays, condiments, etc., and will assist wait staff. Workers will clear tables, clean, and prepare tables for the next customers. Workers will clean and sanitize various areas of the restaurant and kitchen. Workers will clean and wash dishes. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, work in a hot kitchen environment, etc., as necessary to perform all job duties.

TRAINING WILL LAST LESS THAN 1 WEEK, NOT 1 MONTH. TRAINING WILL COVER FOOD SAFETY AND JOB DUTIES. WORKING TIMES (shifts) PER WEEK AND DAY MAY VARY, BUT WILL ALWAYS COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE H-2B VISA PROGRAM AND ALL OTHER LAWS. Employees expected daily schedule is 9:00am - 11:00pm, Monday-Friday, but days/times may vary. Workers will be expected to work varying shifts that are expected to begin at approximately 9:00am with last shifts ending around 11:00pm. Exact shift times will vary.
