- • Follows recipes to prepare and cook food, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety, cleanliness and organizational regulations. • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, kitchen and restaurant; follow proper HAACP procedures. • Assist in recipe adherence and proper production procedures. • Promote positive professional culinary culture throughout our F&B outlets and the Resort. • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all established safety practices.

- Washington Food Handler's Permit required. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to speak English at a proficient level. Standard package background check after hire. Schedule: 6am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm. Shift hours may vary. Hourly Wage: $22.49 - $28.80 /hr. (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime possible at $33.74 - $43.20 /hr.
