- Job Duties:
- Work on resort maintaining the grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, which may include any combination of the following: mow, trim, dig, water, mulch, and rake. Snow removal. Workers will also collect and remove litter/debris and provide upkeep to building and resort grounds.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Must be able to work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Must be able to work outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
