- Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, sauces, appetizers, cold dishes, meats, seafoods, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Additional duties include maintaining food quality standards and keeping work area and equipment clean.

Days off vary based on scheduling. Shifts may vary. Sample Shifts: 8am 4pm or 3pm 11pm.
