- Job Duties:
- The position of scaffolder encompasses various crucial functions in the field of construction, maintenance, and repair of structures and equipment. Their primary responsibilities include the installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding, where the employee is responsible for assembling and adjusting it to the specific needs of the project, ensuring the safety and stability of the structures. They are also responsible for dismantling it upon completion of the work, following proper procedures to ensure the safety of the equipment and the proper reuse of materials. Regarding equipment maintenance and cleaning, the employee inspects and repairs machinery, ensuring that all tools and equipment used are in optimal working condition. This includes handling and cleaning welding equipment and other mechanical tools to prevent failures and extend their lifespan. The employee also performs welding and mechanical duties, performing welding work on metal structures and repairing parts or components that may require intervention. The fabrication and installation of metal parts is another of their duties, following detailed specifications for the creation and integration of components into larger structures. Additionally, the employee actively participates in the foundation area, collaborating in the construction of the foundation bases and structures of the projects, ensuring their alignment and stability.
