Job Duties:

Responsible for delivering ski instruction to Stratton guests of all abilities, from beginner to advance in a safe environment, preparing learning areas, assisting with lift procedures for junior participants, speaking with caregivers for junior participants, and responding to all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and friendly manner. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Special Requirements:

PSIA level (3) three certification is required. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Three (3) months of experience in a resort, private club, tourism, or professional environment required. Post hire criminal background check required. On-the-Job Training provided. Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am-2:00pm, 08:00am-3:00pm, 9:00am-4:00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $32.63 to $38.00 per hour (Based on merit, experience and lead roles) Overtime may be available at $48.95 to $57.00 per hour.
