Job Duties:

Use hand tools and small motorized equipment typically used in landscaping work including riding lawn mowers, skids steers, trenchers, blowers, gas powered rollers, weed eaters, and shovels to clear land of trees, brush and debris. Use diggers to dig a pond approximately half an acre in size and 20 feet in depth. Install pond liner, grade land for drainage. Install drip irrigation system for the trees, erect fencing by driving t-posts using shovels in various sizes, hammers in various sizes, sledge hammer, auger, pliers, rake, t-post driver and building the tree lines for planting. Tree line work will consist of laying fabric, installing posts and wires to hold new trees. **Workers WILL NOT be operating heavy machinery, ONLY small machinery used in landscape work.** Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Caddo Mills, TX. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
