- Involve in various tasks that support the overall construction process. Prepare the construction site by clearing debris, removing obstacles, and setting up barriers. Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other labor when necessary. Assist in building structures for residential, business, and construction sites. Remove trees and debris. Load or unload construction materials. Clear and prepare highway work zones. Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. Install sewer, water, and storm drainpipes.
