- Job Duties: Strip sod and prepare surfaces for new turf installation Lay sod accurately to meet design and performance specifications Hand-dig bunkers and assist in shaping features according to course plans Grade soil and assist with general site preparation Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment Clean and maintain work areas and tools Follow safety procedures and instructions from site supervisors
