Job Duties:

Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other property buildings, in a clean and orderly manner. May assist with laundry duties when required. Duties may include making beds, cleaning and replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, stocking and organizing, sanitizing, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Some outdoor spaces included. Ensures that all rooms are secured upon leaving the guest room. Stocks, organizes, and maintains service closets and carts according to standards and procedures before, during and after shift. Inspects room upon cleaning by touch, sight, sound, and smell and ensures room is thoroughly cleaned and ready for occupancy. Completes paperwork neatly, thoroughly, and accurately. Works productively and efficiently with or without supervision when performing routine tasks. Normal shift time required of workers include: 6am - 2:30pm, 7am - 3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm, 2pm-11pm, 3pm-12am, 4pm-1am, 7pm-7am. Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work at least 35 hours per week and will work holidays, weekends, spilt, and rotate shifts. $18.88 per hour. $28.32 per hour OT. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. On the job training will be provided, if necessary, but it is not required. Opportunity for merit increases and bonuses based on company policies. Must Speak, read, and write the English language and communicates in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to Hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders, or stand for up to 8 hours at a time. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high performance standards, and the ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs.
