Job Duties:

Member Services Associates will be responsible for assisting patrons with personal services such as taking messages, answering guest inquiries, managing check-ins and reservations for spa appointments, providing ski and snowboard equipment for guests to use, arranging or giving advice on transportation, entertainment, or business services such as handling member account assistance, reservations and scheduling, or communication and coordination, ensuring the organization and tidiness of indoor and outdoor guest areas by performing regular walkthroughs, light cleaning duties, assisting guests with their questions, and communicating with the housekeeping or maintenance department, and monitoring guest requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
