Job Duties:

Duties may include: peel crawfish; use of hands to peel crawfish and remove crawfish tail meat (the edible portion of the crawfish) from shell; clean/remove waste from crawfish tail; dump crawfish in water tank to clean crawfish before processing; scoop crawfish on tables to be peeled; inspect crawfish tail meat for defects; weigh tail meat; place crawfish tails in appropriate bag after peeling to be sold or consumed; follow/apply food safety regulations and maintain records, as needed; daily clean up and sanitize worksite. (No knives or sharp objects used)

Special Requirements:

Employees are required to adhere to company's production standard of 4 lbs. per hour worked. Employees unable to achieve the production standard stated in the contract will not be allowed to work over the minimum amount of hours offered. Employees producing lower than the production standard for an extended period of time with no improvement may be subject to job termination at the discretion of management.
