- Job Duties:
- Facilities Technicians will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior public spaces, including sanitary restrooms, at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area’s property, which includes wiping down counters and sinks, sweeping up floor, emptying trash cans, replacing toilet paper and facial tissue, conducting litter pick up around exterior of buildings, assisting Building Maintenance Technicians with supply ordering information on products needed, following daily and weekly cleaning opening and closing checklist to ensure cleanliness of public areas including but not limited to vacuuming, snow shoveling, and sweeping in accordance with manager’s discretion. Facilities Technicians may be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm, 8:00am – 3:00pm, or 9:00am – 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
