- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform cleaning of private properties resulting from inclement weather to include snow/ice removal from walkways/sidewalks using snow shovels, snow blowers, or walk behind salt spreaders in addition to snow melt/ice melt application; and trash/debris pickup from grounds. Workers may also place plastic snow markers at worksites to aid company’s separate snowplow drivers with identifying correct areas to clear. Workers will clean equipment after use, to include power washing and cleaning of vehicle interiors in addition to power washing tools/equipment to remove salt. Winter laborers to organize and clean up debris in shop, ensure proper storage of tools/equipment and clean office areas. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Employer-paid post-hire random drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Work shifts/hours varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday depending on snowfall. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
