Job Duties:
**RFI Response** In connection with the "obtain/deliver crawfish/seafood", please note that the employee would be required to perform the following duties/tasks: travel to docks/farms to obtain the crawfish, load the crawfish/seafood into the truck by hand, travel to customers/clients and unload the crawfish/seafood by hand. These employees will be required to drive or ride along with a driver in a pickup truck (i.e. Dodge 3500) with an insulated box attached to the bed of the truck hauling the crawfish/seafood. In connection with the job duties described as "prepare crawfish/product/seafood for shipment," the employee is required to ice down the crawfish/seafood/or product to preserve the item during shipment and/or prior to delivery. **Original Response** Obtain/deliver crawfish/seafood; Assist with loading and unloading of crawfish/seafood in trucks while delivering to customers and obtaining product/seafood from local docks/farms; prepare crawfish/product/seafood for shipment; ice seafood; move crawfish/seafood; package crawfish/seafood for sale/shipment; and cleanup worksite and equipment.
