Front of House Manager, responsible for leading all guest-facing operations at Killington Café & Wine Bar. Her duties include managing daily service, creating staff schedules, overseeing inventory, training new hires, coordinating private events, and working closely with ownership and the General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Special Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification. Must be eligible to obtain a Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery (DLL) Alcohol Server Permit within 30 days of starting employment. Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or restaurant management preferred. Must have strong communication and customer service skills. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Fluency in English required.
