- ***RFI Response*** prepare for sale or consumption are the following: de-heading shrimp; de-veining shrimp; clean crabs--extract shell off of crab to clean; washing seafood; removing inedible parts of seafood; clean/remove waste from edible portion of seafood; pick/remove trash/foreign matter from seafood; weigh product; place seafood in appropriate containers after processing for sale and/or consumption; mark/label product; examine product to meet specifications. ***Original F.a.2*** Job Duties may include: de-heading shrimp; de-veining shrimp; clean crabs--extract shell off of crab to clean; washing seafood; preparing seafood for processing; removing inedible parts of seafood; clean/remove waste from edible portion of seafood; pick/remove trash/foreign matter from seafood; prepare seafood for sale/consumption; weigh product; place seafood in appropriate containers after processing for sale and/or consumption; mark/label product; examine product to meet specifications; cut bait; daily cleanup and sanitization of worksite and equipment.

- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds; May be subject to random drug screen upon hire paid for by employer and/or a drug screen paid for by employer based off of reasonable suspicions during employment. Failure of a drug screen will result in termination for cause. This is a drug-free work place.
