- Job Duties:
- Landscape and/or maintain properties using tools or equipment. Cutting and mowing grass, watering, planting, edge lawns, raking and blowing leaves; pulling and chopping weeds, pruning, sprinkler installation, haul topsoil & mulch. Work includes working outdoors in inclement weather, including in extreme heat and/or cold temperatures.

- Must be able to lift/carry sufficient weight (approximately 50 pounds) to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. The Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification. Upon hire, post hire, and upon accident drug screening required, paid by Employer.
