Job Duties:

Welcome, greet, and direct guests at resort and spa. Assist guests with check-out and booking of additional spa services. Maintain inventory of all items placed in the Spa. Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels. Deliver linen and other items as needed. Keep all areas of the Spa, including storage areas, clean and organized. Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to management. Ensure that access to facility by authorized guests is safe and secure at all times. Handle guest questions and concerns. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed.

Special Requirements:

Experience must be verifiable Pre-hire background check, carried out equally for U.S. workers and H-2B workers. Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Must be able to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance. Articulate in English. Excellent communication skills. Detailed/people-oriented and focused on genuine customer service. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
